Type: Public Cleveland Clinic, located in Cleveland, Ohio, is a not-for-profit, multi-specialty academic medical center that integrates clinical and hospital care with research and education. Cleveland Clinic had 60+ disparate Web sites convoluting their brand. MK2 provided the Cleveland Clinic with a strategic Web site overhaul usability roadmap for the rebuilding of ClevelandClinic.org online. Cleveland Clinic revised it’s brand strategy as the strategic roadmap project was moving forward. As such, MK2 provided the Clinic with a much needed interim online brand modification for its main Web site and the 60+ sub Web site.
