What is the employee referral program? It is an opportunity for full-time employees to receive a cash reward for recommending friends and peers to apply for positions at MK2.

Who can participate? Anyone currently working as a consultant with MK2 can participate in the referral program.

What is the incentive for participating in the referral program? A check for $500.00 will be awarded to any consultant of MK2 who refers an applicant that is hired for a consulting assignment. There may be situations where the incentive may also be paid in the form of gift cards. The net amount may be different depending on the form in which the incentive is paid.

When will I be awarded? The referred applicant must be hired and successfully complete their 90 day probationary period before you can be awarded and you must be employed by MK2 at the time of payout.

Who are eligible referrals? To be eligible as a referral, an applicant must not have been employed by MK2 within the previous 12 months of original application or cannot be in our database within the past 12 months.

Is there a limit on how many referrals I can make? There is no limit to how many applicants an employee can refer.
